Music Culinary Garlic

Music is a Porcelain variety of hardneck garlic known for its large bulbs of very large cloves.  Expect 4-7 large, consistently sized cloves per bulb.  For over a decade we've been selecting bulbs with 5-6 evenly space, large cloves.  Each year we harvest a higher percentage of these "ideal" bulbs.  Ideal, in our opinion because you get more planting stock per pound of seed while still maintaining a large clove to produce a vigorous plant and a clove count that is "true to type".  

We love Music for roasting, its large cloves are perfect for roasting with Fall root vegetables.  Raw it is pungent and has a strong bite.  Music excels in cold climates but is also highly adaptable.  Southern growers have reported great success with our Music.

Tight bulb wrappers make this a good storing garlic.
Approximately 30 cloves/plants per pound of seed.
